FOTD: Smoky Olive

I’m really liking olive tones. I think since I’m quite olive too, olive just fits quite well on me. Plus it always conjures up images of sexy Giorgio Armani femme fatales. I’m all about the Giorgio Armani femme fatales!

This was actually very simple and only required 3 eyeshadows (and mascara to high heavens.)

I used my shimmery olive Kiko Supreme Cream eyeshadow [that I’ve been trying to pan for the longest time] as a base all over the lid, patted some gold eyeshadow in the inner 3rd, and did a messy smoked out wing (with a pencil brush, much fatter than liner brushes) with my Giorgio Armani Eyes to Kill #25, a very black olive. Shaded my socket a little bit, although you could skip that too. Everything else is minimal and clean with the slightest bit of blush and contouring.

Also sans lipstick because my warm nude is in the office.

Also don’t you freaking LOVE my earrings? I think these are gorgeous vintage styled earrings. They look expensive but cost 10 CNY (which is < $2 USD) and are lightweight, reasonably well made, and freaking gorgeous.
